A few useful answers.
I don’t have a domain or technical knowledge. Can you handle it?
Yes. We help select an available name, explain its registration cost, arrange it in your name after payment and connect the website. You may need to verify your contact details or eligibility for some domain types. You do not need to handle the technical setup.
What do you need from me?
Your business name, services, service area, contact details and any logo or photos you can authorise us to use. We help organise that information. Tell us if you need copywriting or imagery so it can be included in the quote. Never send passwords through this form.
What does the annual price include?
The first year starts from A$950 for the agreed starter build, hosting and care. Renewal starts from A$350 per year for hosting and care. Domain registration or renewal is added and itemised in your proposal. Larger sites and extra features are quoted individually; the written quote confirms the total and any applicable tax.
How often do you check the site, and what if something breaks?
The care package includes monthly checks of availability, key contact links and any included enquiry form. These are scheduled checks, not 24-hour monitoring. You can report an issue by email between checks. Your agreement defines response arrangements, repairs covered by care and work requiring a separate quote.
What changes can I request during the year?
Four small content-update requests, each taking up to 30 minutes: for example, opening hours, a service description or replacing supplied photos. Unused time does not roll over. New pages, new functionality and redesigns are quoted separately before work.
Who owns the website, and can I leave?
You remain the registered domain owner. Once agreed payments are complete, the custom website files created for your project are yours. If you leave, we provide those files and cooperate with domain handover. Third-party assets and services retain their own licences. Notice, refunds, transfer arrangements and the end of hosting are set out in the agreement before you pay.
How do payment and renewal work?
First we agree the scope, price, timing and annual terms. Then we issue an invoice and payment link. Work starts after the agreed payment; you receive a payment confirmation. The care year begins at launch. We contact you before renewal and do not automatically charge without your agreement.
Are the examples real customer projects?
No. They are fictional, original demonstration sites showing our approach. Some imagery is AI-generated. Vexithon uses AI-assisted development with review and verification; we do not claim commissioned projects or customer results we do not have.
Can you help with an existing website instead?
Yes. Focused repairs start at A$150 after checking the platform and access. Build-only starter pages are also available from A$650. We agree those separately from the annual managed package.
